All information on Dr. Midgley's Semilunar Biopsy Repair procedure is out of print. Until 2011, the only information available on the subject was contained on photocopies of four peer reviewed journal articles and an old VHS tape.
These peer reviewed articles, cited on the Summary page, are not electronically archived even by their publishers since all the articles were published in the 70s.
